Public Notice

The Village of Capac Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will hold an informational meeting on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 115 N. Main Street, Capac, MI 48014. The purpose of this meeting is to provide information to the DDA Board, local taxing jurisdictions, and the general public regarding the DDA’s current tax increment finance (TIF) plan and ongoing activities.

Written comments may be submitted to the Village of Capac Downtown Development Authority at 131 N. Main Street, P.O. Box 218, Capac, MI 48014 prior to the meeting. Verbal comments will also be welcomed during the meeting.

Reasonable accommodations for special needs will be provided with 72 hours’ advance notice.
