Special Event Permit
The grounds and property of the Village of Capac may be used for events and activities that are deemed a public benefit by the Village Council, and which do not negatively affect the health, safety, and welfare of the people of the Village. First priority for use of the Village grounds shall be as follows: (1) first to Village uses, Village sponsored or official Village events; then (2) on a first come first serve basis to qualified applicants that comply with all Village rules and regulations.
Right-of-Way Application + Permit
This application and permit is for use of right-of-way for the purpose indicated and described in the application below and/or as provided in the attached plans and specifications at the following location. Revisions, additions, deletions, or modifications to the work are not permitted unless approved in writing by the Village of Capac or a new Right of Way Permit is obtained.
Home Occupation Application
A home occupation permit allows you to legally establish or enact limited business operations from within your home. Processes are not considered legal until you have an issued permit from the Village of Croswell. Click the button below to download or print the the application.

Commemorative Tree, Bench, and Table Donation Form
The Village of Capac Memorial Tree, Bench, or Picnic Table program provides an opportunity to honor people, organizations, or a commemorative event by donating a tree, bench, and/or a table to be placed in one of our beautiful parks or downtown area. Donations to this program are unique gifts that will last a lifetime.
