Invitation for Bids: ADA-Compliant Restroom Installation
Village of Capac is requesting Bids for the installation of an ADA-compliant restroom at 206 N. Main Street, Capac, MI 48014.
Bids for the installation of the ADA-compliant restroon will be received at the Village Hall located at 131 North Main Street, PO Box 218, Capac, MI 48014 until 4:00 p.m. local time, Friday, November 1, 2024.

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Village of Capac, Restroom Project.” Please deliver your bids to 131 N. Main Street, P.O. Box 218, Capac, MI 48014 by 4:00 P.M. on November 1, 2024. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person, but will not be accepted via email.
The Village of Capac reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and will choose the bid that is deemed most advantageous to the community.
