Excavation and water contractors are actively working on system improvements throughout the village. This week, we’ll complete the installation of 20 new insertion valves with WaterTap INC. and Superior Excavating INC. continuing their excellent work. The Village of Capac Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will host an informational meeting on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, located at 115 N. Main Street, Capac, MI 48014. The meeting will provide updates on the DDA’s current tax increment finance (TIF) plan and discuss ongoing activities, with information available for the DDA Board, local taxing jurisdictions, and the general public.
