Interested parties are required to include a viable development plan that is compliant with the current zoning for the property. Proposals should include at least the following: (i) a full development plan for the property; (ii) a detailed budget for the proposed development; (iii) information confirming the person/entity submitting the proposal has the financial means to complete the proposed development; (iv) examples of similar developments completed if any; and (v) professional references. Bids/proposals can be delivered in person or by mail only. Emailed bids will not be accepted.

The Village of Capac reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals and/or to accept a proposal determined, by the Village. to be the most advantageous to the Village of Capac. The Village reserves the right to negotiate modifications to any proposal or proposals. If the Village decides to accept a proposal, the Village will require the person/entity who submitted the proposal to enter into a development agreement or similar agreement on terms acceptable to the Village.
