Bid Request: Park Street Improvements
Village of Capac is requesting Bids for the construction of Park Street Improvements.
Bids for the construction of the Park Street Improvement project will be received at the Village Hall located at 131 North Main Street, PO Box 218, Capac, MI 48014 until 10:00 a.m. local time, Friday, July 12, 2024.
At that time, the bids received will be opened publicly and read. The project includes approximately 6,470 square yards of HMA surface removal, fine grading, 1500 tons of HMA paving, concrete curb ramps, and miscellaneous items of work.
Prospective Bidders may request the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. The Issuing Office of the Bidding Documents is: Fleis & Vandenbrink, 9475 Holly Road, Suite 201, Grand Blanc, Michigan 48439; email: bidroom@fveng.com; Telephone (810) 743-9120.
Bidding Documents will be emailed in portable document format (PDF) at no charge; hard copy documents are not available. Non-biddable documents may be viewed in the on-line Bid Room at www.fveng.com. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held.

The Village of Capac reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Capac.
