Village of Capac Building Department Moving In-House – Effective January 1, 2025

The Village of Capac is excited to announce that, beginning January 1, 2025, the Building Department will be moving in-house. This change will streamline services and make it even easier for residents and contractors to obtain permits.

Starting in the new year, building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits will be available directly through the Village Office.
